Chasing Whiskers Catfish Tournament

Monthly catfish tournament — fish anywhere on Lake Sinissippi or the Rock River between the Horicon and Hustisford dams. $10/team. Cash prizes awarded. Weigh-in by 8:30 PM.

    The annual **Chasing Whiskers** catfish tournament series is back! Fish monthly throughout the summer for your chance at great prizes, community bragging rights, and a blast on the water.


    **2025 Tournament Dates:** May 15 · June 19 · July 17 · August 21


    How It Works

  • Register 5–6 PM at Sinissippi Lake Pub on day of tournament
  • Fish anywhere on Lake Sinissippi or the Rock River (between Horicon dam and Hustisford dam)
  • $10 per 1–2 person team, or family team (children 15 and under)
  • You supply gear and bait — no spearing allowed
  • Honor the DNR catch limit: 5 catfish per person/day; select your team's best 5 for weigh-in
  • Return to Sinissippi Lake Pub for weigh-in before **8:30 PM**

  • 🥇 Top Catch (total team weight): $100 · $50 · $25
  • 🐟 Fishy Fishy Fat Boy (heaviest single fish): $25 cash + $25 gift certificate to Sinissippi Lake Pub

    • Season Championship

  • 🏆 Whisker Whisperer (highest cumulative weight across all 4 tournaments): **$200 cash** sponsored by Ox-Bo Marine
